Net Promoter Score Q3 2020

Great customer feedback.

We ran our second Net Promoter Score survey in September for our Group service clients. One of our key strategic measures is to achieve a group-wide NPS score of 50. For reference, the benchmark NPS score across the industry are Trade Service - 35, electricians - 40, and plumbers - 26. Our Group result is a very good 65.42. What is even more satisfying, are the comments from our clients - we thank them for their generosity!!
